OCCJobs, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Nagpur, India.

We focus on technology-related recruitment, providing jobs for engineers across IT, software, civil, electronics, electrical, mechanical, chemical, aerospace, architectural engineering, robotics, and related areas, including team leaders to higher management level roles in technology. We focus on technology-related roles, making this platform a single stop for technical job seekers and companies worldwide.

We use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and reduce human error. We provide a platform where job seekers input their profiles in a schematic way so employers can select candidates efficiently. For employers who are busy, we provide services to publish jobs, collect resumes, scan resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews through our specialized recruiters and a large network of partner recruitment companies.

We provide recruitment services, engineer dispatch, and engineering services.

We operate in India and Japan, with a presence in Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Yokohama.

We currently provide permanent and contract-based engineers in Japan and India, from fresher level to senior level positions, according to client requirements.
