OGRC Ltd. We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

We were created and are managed by HR professionals with 15+ years on-site experience in international Oil & Gas, engineering and industrial companies. We pursue a business-partner in-house approach, identifying the client’s needs and delivering a personalized solution according to the project’s country and personnel nationality. We oversee mobilization and management of local and expat personnel on international energy projects. We pay attention to HR and OHS regulations locally and internationally. Based in Bulgaria, we are EU certified.

We deliver our services through a process that centers on partnership with clients. We identify requirements and translate them into staffing solutions tailored to the project’s country and personnel nationality. We coordinate the mobilization and ongoing management of local and expat personnel on international energy projects, while ensuring compliance with HR and OHS regulations.
