We are OMEVA, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in France.

We are the recruitment firm focused on ecological and social transition. Our ambition is to make every recruitment a lever to support the transition toward a desirable future. Across our engagements, we deliver in two main ways. For organizations engaged in impact, we intervene on all types of roles, recognizing that if the project is impact driven, every role within it contributes, including social innovation, sustainable finance, climate, biodiversity, circular economy, and renewable energy. For traditional organizations, we intervene on pivot roles enabling a transition, such as CSR, HR, responsible procurement, tech and responsible digital, and other roles that integrate sustainability.

We provide tailored, supportive recruitment services and guidance as part of our engagement, aligning with each organization's impact goals.
