ORANJEGROEP is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We are business agents for professionals in construction and engineering. They do their work, we take care of the rest, from accommodation to training, transport and friendly advice. Every talent deserves maximum care and support, and we pursue an approach that enables our CRAFTERS to fully focus on their work, with all speaking the ORANGE Jargon.

We switch complex projects from Partners to CRAFTERS. We do this by recruiting the CRAFTERS and the projects in construction, industry and engineering internationally. Apart from Rotterdam, the Orange epicentre, we are active in countries where good professionals and Partners are available. This local presence enables us to select CRAFTERS effectively. First of all, we look at professionalism, then at skills, motivation, experience and flexibility. As a Builder, we provide professionals who love their work and share the ORANGE Jargon. We take care of them so that they can focus on their work.
