OUR Holding is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We operate across the Lazio and Lombardy regions and specialize in the restaurant sector and related services.

We are a young team that, through state-of-the-art tools, is always ready to study tailor-made solutions based on client needs. We identify professional profiles in line with client input, manage optimal recruitment channels, screen CVs, coordinate selection interviews, evaluate and select personnel based on the required requirements, contract the suitable candidate, issue the payslip, perform bonification of the monthly remuneration, communicate and record illnesses, leaves, and holidays, and manage the total employee, including letters of warning and termination for just cause.
