We are Oyuna Geri Dönüyoruz, a privately held staffing and recruiting organization founded in 2009 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

We pursue a project aimed at reintegrating women who paused their careers during the pandemic and for various reasons, so that they can reflect their knowledge, experience, skills, and potential in the workforce on equal terms, and to strengthen the place of the most creative workforce in economic and social life.

We deliver our services through a focus on building professional networks, leveraging digital media, and supporting initiatives around entrepreneurship and investment to facilitate the reintegration of women into working life.

We operate primarily in Istanbul, Turkey.
