Pasona Group Inc. Global Network, we are a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1976 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our mission is to support the global business operations of Japanese and international corporations. We provide a wide variety of services to our clients, including global talent acquisition, human resources management outsourcing, international business expansion consulting, and customized training and development solutions.

As a member of the Pasona Group, we maintain a horizontal organization that enables speedy and high-quality human resources solutions across regions and borders. We have overseas branch offices—55 offices in 15 countries and regions. With a database of over 330,000 global job-seekers, and through the strength of our overseas offices, our career advisers can provide recruitment and matching services in a variety of regions and languages. We also support the international employment aspirations of non-Japanese in Japan, particularly through our JOBHaku job fairs and seminars for international students and other job-seekers.

Unlike many recruiting and HR organizations in Japan, which prioritize vertical reporting to their Japanese headquarters, and have little direct communication between overseas offices, we rely on a strong horizontal organization to enable speedy and high-quality human resources solutions across regions and borders.
