Pedagogisk Bemanning is an educational organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We aim to meet the needs of everyday heroes in kindergartens, activity schools, and primary schools. In addition, we perform recruitment assignments for clients. We offer both digital and physical courses.

We actively work to professionalize the education sector and promote the important role that educators play in society. Our vision is to close the gap between the need for qualified personnel and the supply, especially in kindergarten teacher and teacher studies. We want to participate in the development of future educators and ensure high quality in education.
