People Hackers is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We are a consulting firm specializing in attracting talent for strategic and technology roles. We conduct research, design, implementation, training and continuous improvement in talent attraction processes at a global level. We begin with due diligence and an as-is to-be assessment to identify needs, gaps and requirements at the level of people, processes and platforms to identify improvements to implement. We analyze results and seek the best path to implementation—from selecting change management methodologies and operating models such as DevSkiller, Scrum, Kanban and OKR—to integration with ATS platforms, sourcing, search engines, technical tests, psychometrics and how to achieve adoption. We focus on finding operational balance, seeking cultural fit and creating an end-to-end experience for all stakeholders.
