Personal Competente, we are a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We provide consulting services in talent management, supporting organizations in Latin America to lead and address new challenges in organizational transformation. We advise strategically and tactically in the development and improvement of the mission-critical processes within human resources. We design solutions for people and organizations, tailored to our clients' needs, focusing on efficiency and applicability for each organization, in alignment with HR practices and with the management systems that companies have implemented. We pursue outcomes that have concrete results in the short and long term, and we ensure our solutions align with models of social responsibility and local regulations, while preserving principles of corporate ethics.
