We are phase2, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland.

We ensure visionary startups are no longer constrained by access to talent. We collaborate with venture capital funds, angel investors and company founders to provide technology startups from pre-seed to late stage with access to the world’s most sought-after talent.

We hire engineering, product, sales and operational talent from technology leaders such as Google, Meta, Palantir, Apple, Netflix and Amazon and from world-leading academic institutions, from entry-level roles up to CEOs and board members. Our advisory board includes sales and product leaders from Alphabet’s X Development and Google Travel. As the European startup sector expands, we are growing our services to support clients throughout the continent.
