We are Phoenix Search, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1994 in Mexico City and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We were founded to provide "Blue Chip" industrial, service and consumer goods organizations throughout Mexico with world-class Executive Search and Recruitment services. At the request of some of our multinational customers, we opened offices in Brazil to provide them with the same level of service. We have also conducted numerous searches from Mexico in Central America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
