We are Pike & Owl, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We believe executive careers should be about belonging, not just fitting in. We specialize in executive recruitment and career coaching for internationally minded professionals and organizations across Northern Europe.

We deliver our services through three areas: Executive Recruitment, Executive Career Coaching, and International Expertise. In Executive Recruitment, we connect hiring managers with top international talent for C-suite, board-level, and senior leadership roles, focusing on transformative leaders who drive real impact. In Executive Career Coaching, we support executives navigating career transitions, pivots, or strategic growth by helping define their value, position themselves effectively, and secure roles that align with their ambitions. In International Expertise, we help executives navigate global markets, overcome cultural challenges, and optimize job searches in foreign environments.

We operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Germany, and we work with hiring managers and internal recruiters seeking internationally minded leaders, executives in transition, international professionals navigating cross-border moves, and organizations in growth or transformation looking for impactful leadership.
