The AI sourcer helps everyone by providing a steady flow of candidates from open sources. We provide a staffing agency that offers a new approach to recruitment through full automation of sourcing and operational tasks; clients receive the most relevant candidates in the shortest possible time, while the process reduces time spent on sourcing and operations and focuses on warm candidates and strategies to improve the hiring funnel. We provide an RPO (Recruitment Processes Outsourcing) service to strengthen the in-house recruitment team during periods of high hiring volume; clients receive a project-based resource who leads the full cycle of recruitment, freeing the employer from sourcing and hiring a project recruiter into the staff.
