Prospect us—we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Puebla, Mexico.

We offer a new way to get to know future collaborators. We help understand who they truly are and reveal the personality of each individual through a video CV. We emerged from the growing need to find jobs and candidates who are better prepared and better compensated.

After more than ten years of seeking and matching talent, we decided to create this project based on knowing more about our future workers through a video CV, enabling us to understand their real essence.
