We are Prospicio s.r.o., a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We specialize in Executive Search and Recruitment with a focus on mid-level management, senior sales professionals, and specific IT and technical positions. We approach suitable candidates personally and discreetly, recognizing that there are a limited number of qualified candidates on the job market.

To be an ambassador for our clients in conversations with potential candidates, we do not work solely from a job description; we also understand the client’s corporate culture and the specifics of the work environment. Our aim is not only to fill the requested position with a suitable candidate, but to support their rapid adaptation and long-term successful collaboration with the client.
