We are PT. Putra Samudra Indonesia, a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Kediri, Indonesia.

We exist to address the challenges of human resource management and the complexity that can arise from poor HR governance, which can lead to broader problems and consume energy, time, and costs. When labor organizations or similar groups are involved, issues can become even more complex. We provide a legitimate and registered partnership to help manage and resolve labor-related challenges. Our offices are not rented but owned by the owner of PT PSI, and our staff have more than 60 months of experience in outsourcing, PPJP, and BUJP.
