QSS Diversity is a vertical of QSS Global operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in New Delhi, India.

We focus on diversity hiring in India, Southeast Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region. We follow a structured, skill-based recruitment approach to deliver candidates who meet our clients' needs, starting with a deep understanding of requirements, then developing the required skill sets, and finally targeting candidates with the identified capabilities. We advocate inclusion of diversity in organizations, recognizing that a broad demographic of people who are fit and willing to work can contribute to productive employment and financial independence.
