R I F O R M A collective. We are a privately held company operating in the executive search services industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We challenge the recruitment paradigm. We think differently about what success looks like; we are driven by a sense that we can do more and follow a social enterprise business model.

We contribute approximately 10% of our revenue to local community initiatives focused on education and sustainable living. We are transparent, energetic, and highly creative, willing to take a perspective on new possibilities and ideas; we work in partnership with organisations that share these values.

We operate in Ireland and Italy, with our headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, and a presence in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
