We are a self-owned recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Montpellier, France.

We provide HR consulting and recruitment services. It all began in September 1719, when a fearless pirate decided to recruit a crew of high-performing and loyal intrapreneurs to conquer the Caribbean. In terms of business opportunities, the Caribbean was to an eighteenth-century pirate what the Silicon Valley is to a founder of a digital startup in the early 2000s. The pirate took a bold risk by betting on competence and potential, challenging the dogmas and codes of the profession. He chose to hire two independent, audacious women, and together they created a lasting legend. raKam: Wake up the Pirate! This bet is ours.
