Ramsdal Executive, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Kolding, Denmark. We are part of Ramsdal Gruppen.

Our purpose is to identify suitable candidates for leadership and other key roles and to support their development.

We operate through a network of 14 department offices within Ramsdal Gruppen, drawing on our connections in the Danish business community and in the public sector to identify suitable candidates for leadership and other key roles.

We bring many years of experience with strategic-level assignments in both public and private organizations, and we act as a qualified sparring partner for senior leadership.

We specialize in leadership and executive appointments, executive outplacement and career counselling, and organizational and strategy development.

We use these insights when we recruit effectively and with purpose, and we also use them when we advise and coach executives who are moving forward in their careers and need to engage with the executive job market.
