ReactivateJob

ReactivateJob is a government agency operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We help EU citizens aged 35+ to find work, apprenticeships or traineeships in another EU Member State (EU 27 + United Kingdom) and we assist employers to recruit qualified workers throughout the EU. We have developed a virtual job centre, offering a set of services for employers and jobseekers to support them through all the steps of European recruitment procedures. Through our online EUjob4EU Platform we carry out recruitment activities at a European level and offer support to jobseekers and employers to prepare and carry out a successful mobility project.

We deliver recruitment and mobility services through structured processes, including a dedicated Reactivate adviser for each employer, vacancy management in a user-friendly and flexible online platform, recruitment and placement of pre-screened candidates, training and up-skilling of selected candidates, training financial incentives for SMEs to offset the costs of providing on-the-job training to promote the integration of newly hired workers, and ongoing workplace support.

Our services and areas of specialization include mobility, recruitment, career guidance, workers up-skilling, and recruitment and mobility incentives. We provide support to jobseekers through career counselling and orientation, applications preparation assistance, skill and career development with access to training resources, skill assessment, information on jobs and employers and career services, access to vacancies listing at European level, and participation in recruitments, along with financial incentives for interview, relocation, language training, and recognition of qualification.

We operate at a European level with activities in Italy and the United Kingdom.

We are a project coordinated by the Metropolitan City of Rome and co-funded by the European Union within the Programme for Employment and Social Innovation EaSI 2014-2020.
