We are Real Estate Recruiters, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.

We were founded with a desire to do things differently, to do things better, and to do things more intensively. We understand and recognise the intrinsic drive of those working in real estate and brokerage. We know what motivates them and how they can further develop. We provide the tools for this, coach them, and ensure they can grow both personally and professionally.

We pay close attention to our clients' wishes and delve deeply into the CV and underlying aspirations of the candidate. Only in this way can the right person connect with the right employer. We match ambitions, desires, and cultures, drawing on many years of personal experience to create the ideal pairing between candidate and employer.

We specialise in two main areas: brokerage positions and positions within real estate. These range from vocational education to university-level roles, from operational to executive positions. We also assist our clients in filling interim positions.
