We are Recruit Island, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Dundalk, Ireland.

We specialise in permanent, temporary and contract placements across a range of sectors throughout Ireland, from entry level positions to senior level and professional positions. We offer both job seekers and employers a new approach to the traditional recruitment model.

We approve and verify active employers using our recruitment services to support a positive job seeker experience. We maintain more than 4000 job seeker profiles and operate an active social media recruitment offering a wide range of candidates to meet staffing needs.
