RecrutoMan is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Our mission is to help create productive and engaged teams of managers and employees through HR services to scale businesses in Kazakhstan and the CIS.

We deliver our HR products by providing recruitment, online testing of personnel with Hrscanner, HR consulting, and building HR departments. We work with companies without HR departments as well as those with small or large HR teams, and for each company we offer a unique set of solutions. We consider corporate philosophy and organizational values, and our recommendations are practically oriented for business. The ideology of our projects is that HR solutions should directly influence concrete business results.

Our specialties include recruitment, personnel assessment, career coaching, recruitment training, job postings, a database of recruiters, and a database of job seekers.

We operate in Kazakhstan, the CIS, and China.
