We are ReFier, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Gurugram, India.

We are on a mission to fix the hiring challenges in customer-facing roles. We are a non-tech hiring platform that enables companies to hire qualified, evaluated and trained professionals for revenue-generating roles. We also enable jobseekers to showcase their competencies and experience, as well as their potential and credibility, through ReFier Job Portfolio.

We deliver our services by connecting employers with qualified, evaluated and trained professionals for revenue-generating roles through a non-tech hiring platform, and we support jobseekers by offering the ReFier Job Portfolio to present their competencies, experience, potential and credibility.
