Rheso.Tech - Talent & Advisory is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Fenouillet, France.

We accompany companies in their recruitment projects for engineers and executives in high technologies. Our technical specialization includes electronics, micro-electronics, embedded software development, applications and industrial, engineering, industrialization, reliability, quality and project management, cybersecurity, Cloud, and Big Data. Our clients are design offices or equipment manufacturers in industrial sectors including automotive, aerospace and semiconductors. SMEs, mid-sized companies and large groups. Our service comprises qualification and targeting of profiles with a high likelihood of succeeding and thriving in the role, storytelling and posting of job advertisements, sourcing on job boards and our RHeso, 2.0 headhunting campaigns, screening and responses to applications, a 360-degree evaluation of candidate potential (technical skills, know-how and interpersonal skills in a professional context), reference checking, organizing and debriefing interviews, clarifying mutual expectations, and support through integration and the probation period.
