We are Right Brothers Co., Ltd., a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our motto is "For someone's important decisions, we provide premium relationships." We operate primarily in four business areas: talent placement, overseas talent placement, KANPAI, and DEFASTA. In talent placement, we attract job seekers through a YouTube-centered social media approach, and our agents are not drawn from recruitment firms; instead, professionals who have excelled as top players across diverse industries serve as our specialists. In overseas talent placement, we connect engineering graduates from top universities in Southeast Asia with Japanese companies, handling around 100 hires per year, and we provide Japanese language education to ensure N3 level before entry. In KANPAI, we develop content around owners' lives through M&A and operate local government incubators to support regional revitalization, collaborating with Japan M&A Center and Gento-sha. In DEFASTA, we are building Japan's first job site where applicants can preview future supervisors; the service is paused as we migrate to production, but a beta launch has already secured 70 curated job postings, and video content has generated interest in this new approach.

Our overseas talent placement combines partnerships with top universities in Southeast Asia and targeted recruiting for engineering graduates, with language preparation to ensure N3 level before entry. Our KANPAI initiative centers on creating and distributing content about owners' lives post-M&A, produced in-house, and used to support regional incubation and revitalization in collaboration with local governments and through partnerships with Japan M&A Center and Gento-sha. Our DEFASTA project focuses on a novel job-site experience that allows candidates to preview prospective supervisors, currently paused during migration but advancing in beta with curated postings and video previews.
