We specialize in recruitment and HR consulting. Our brand was created as a result of the merger of the international recruitment company RRC Consulting and the Russian recruitment agency Mehanica.

We have been providing recruitment services since 2008 in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries, with offices in Moscow and Novokuznetsk.

We work across sectors including Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Equipment, Oil and Gas, Metallurgy and Mining, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Legal Department, HR, Administrative, and Procurement.
