We are Samper HH | Asesores de Talento Humano - Headhunters, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Quito, Ecuador.

We began operations in March 2002 and, in talent management, we have addressed the needs of headhunting, talent assessments, performance evaluations, workplace climate, and career and succession planning for more than one thousand clients regionally.

Since 2007 we have offices in Peru and Panama, from which we serve requirements for all of Latin America, thereby meeting the needs of a globalized market.

Considering the growth of our clients in the talent area, we have developed innovative services that adjust to market needs.

We specialize in headhunting, assessment centers, workplace climate, job descriptions, performance evaluation, career and succession planning, selection, interview training, mappings, recruitment, and executive assessment.

We operate with offices in Quito, Ecuador; Panama City, Panama; Lima, Peru; and Guayaquil, Ecuador, serving clients across Ecuador, Panama, and Peru, and throughout Latin America.

Our current approach seeks to respond strategically with a portfolio that enables us to actively participate in the integrated management of the subsystems of Talent.
