We are Search Talent, a self-employed virtual recruitment agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

We are a virtual recruitment agency oriented toward small and medium-sized enterprises and startups that do not have in-house recruitment departments. We offer specialized recruitment services for digital, managerial, and mid-level profiles for sectors such as Advertising, Marketing, Technology, and Communications, among others.
