We are Searcher, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

We are a nationwide recruitment agency with locations in Aarhus and Copenhagen. We have more than 25 years of experience helping our clients identify, assess, and select thousands of specialists, leaders, and directors. Together, our recruitment consultants bring many years of experience from leadership positions in larger companies and in the consulting industry.

This experience informs our approach to delivering services. We rely on our networks, tools, and methods to identify qualified candidates in complex and knowledge-intensive industries, and we support laid-off employees in progressing in their careers.

We operate nationwide in Denmark.
