Selectium is a privately held company operating in the technology, information and internet industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Córdoba, Córdoba.

We are a young company seeking to generate strategic alliances with our partners and clients. Our interdisciplinary training, developed through positions in senior leadership within regional leading organizations and multinational companies, gives us a holistic view. We work to understand the needs of organizations and support their development.

From our end-to-end process, we begin the search in collaboration with our client to understand in detail the organizational culture. We perform a technical review of the background and the required skills. We emphasize empathy, closeness, active listening and respect for all candidates involved in the process. We collaborate in building the proposal to ensure the company offers conditions aligned to the market and to attract the best candidates. Within the first five business days we begin presenting candidates.

We have a presence in Argentina and Colombia, with locations in Córdoba, Argentina, and Bogotá, Colombia.
