We are Selektium, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Bilbao, Spain.

We focus on guiding individuals in their careers and on conducting recruitment processes, training, and projects related to people management within organizations. Our team is characterized by its closeness, involvement, operational efficiency, professional ethics, and human warmth. All projects undertaken pursue continuous improvement and adhere to rigorous quality standards. We take into account the idiosyncrasies of all people and organizations we interact with, which is necessary to achieve client satisfaction and the fit between person and position. We opt for remote delivery of processes and the use of appropriate technological resources, adapting at all times to the needs of people, the client, and potential candidates. We consider every project entrusted to us as our own and commit with maximum dedication, motivation, and enthusiasm to offer the best response. The team stands out for its knowledge and expertise in HR and its work with a flexible, interdisciplinary network of professionals that adapts to the needs of each project. In addition, we hold HR training and certifications, including accreditation in Belbin methodology and in the application of different psychotechnical tests, and a Master’s in Teacher Training in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching with specialization in FOL. Our shared concern is the interest in working for, with, and from people. We also aim to maintain confidentiality and protect the image of our clients.
