Semester Antara

Semester Antara is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Palembang, Indonesia.

We are a platform focused on education, leadership, social and cultural development as our core vision, with a goal of developing the quality of human resources, especially youth across Indonesia. With a spirit of empowering Indonesian youth, we pursue a mission to develop soft skills, leadership, character building, social responsibility and cultural empowerment. From this development and understanding, we expect youth in Indonesia to implement these in social life, in society, and in the nation.
