Sensor is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We aim to provide excellent jobs for technical specialists and pay attention to people. We believe in one-in-a-million matches rather than one-size-fits-all, and we ask about needs, work style, and goals. With these insights, we open doors in our national network, delivering two-sided results: a tailor-made job and a new hire that continues to meet expectations.

We are a Dutch technical secondment services company focused on contributing to the energy transition. We have offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zwolle, Drachten, Breda and Moerdijk, and we operate throughout the Netherlands. In 2023, we served around 300 clients, and we place experts in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction, electrical and mechanical engineering, with a focus on projects that contribute to energy transition.
