We are Serena Advisory, a privately held HR services company operating in the executive search services industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

We believe that qualitative HR policies and processes are at the heart of a successful and healthy company that aims for the long term. We believe that, with the different events we have recently gone through collectively and the impact those had and still have, especially on younger generations, our society is currently at a turning point when it comes to the relationship people have with their professional activity and the organisation they work for. As an organisation, it is therefore even more important to focus on how to attract the right employees, make the current ones feel well in their job, be prepared to adapt and keep up with exponential changes and trends in the modern society. We strongly believe that companies with a long term view and a high level of flexibility in their human resources management will have a competitive advantage and an ability to sustain in future times.
