We are SERVIPRO Solutions Staff, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, headquartered in San José, Costa Rica.

With 22 years of experience in the Costa Rican market, we have more than 500 talents and more than 50 clients. We operate with two lines of business: recruitment and outsourcing, providing nationwide coverage. We work as part of Grupo Nítidos, playing a fundamental role in outsourcing administration and recruitment.

We provide recruitment services, placing profiles for different areas and levels. Absorbing the recruitment process, our outsourcing model provides a viable solution for payroll administration, and in some cases the supervision and execution of processes.

We provide coverage nationwide across Costa Rica.
