We are SHARECV VIET NAM COMMUNITY JOINT STOCK COMPANY, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Our platform connects employers and candidates through a community network of freelancers and headhunters. Our motto is “SHARECV – SHARE OPPORTUNITIES – INCREASE CONNECTIVITY – DOUBLING VALUE.” Since officially launching in July 2020, we have connected more than 26,000 headhunters through our platform, helping partners, businesses, and employers access quality and suitably matched candidates quickly. In 2024 we began applying artificial intelligence to recruitment, expanding our value proposition to address the human resources supply chain with solutions that include headhunting; sourcing (posting jobs and search profiles); recruitment of specialists (retained search); and outsourcing management (interim CEO and management). The AI features on our platform help partners optimize search, statistics, management, control, retrieval, and reporting within a single account. Our Chatbox facilitates direct, privacy-preserving conversations between job seekers and employers, headhunters, and recruitment managers. Job seekers can connect with SHARECV experts and with the freelancer headhunter community in their desired field, and they can chat directly to receive support in pursuing new opportunities.

We deliver our services by connecting clients and candidates through our platform, using AI-enabled search, data, and communications tools, all within a single account. We emphasize privacy and direct communication to support the recruitment process and collaboration with our community of headhunters and recruitment professionals.
