We are Sheffield Energy, a privately held recruitment organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry, providing technical staffing and executive placement solutions to clients around the world. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Singapore, Singapore.

We specialise in the recruitment of Energy professionals and place specialist resources on behalf of developers, tier 1 contractors, service companies, consultancy groups, as well as continuing our support of upstream E&P Operators and downstream refineries.

Our global hubs are managed and operated by professionals with extensive experience in Project Management Delivery and/or Human Resources Management. Our teams are technically strong with an un-paralleled understanding of: discipline engineering and the trade specific qualifications and experience which contribute to making an exceptional candidate. We select, recruit, employ, manage, and develop international resources according to the specific needs of our clients providing an end to end tailored support service.

Our specialties include Permanent and Temporary Recruitment Services, Technical Assistance, Specialist Crewing Solutions, and Global Mobility Services.

We operate internationally with hubs and offices in Singapore, France, United Kingdom, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
