We are SITRek AB, a self-employed recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tullinge, Sweden.

Our purpose is to source IT skilled resources by leveraging multiple sources, including social media, campus hires, our own dedicated job portal, referrals, and advertisements, to recruit candidates with a minimal supply lead time. We follow an innovative talent search process that blends the latest technology with a technically driven approach to recruit skilled resources on time and in budget to support our customers’ deliveries.

We put all our resources, energy, focus, and knowledge on our customers' requirements—not just on the given job description but on the overall organizational vision—to deliver talent from local and international markets.

We provide IT skilled resources across specialties including IT, ERP, SAP, JAVA, .Net, Big Data, Hadoop, HCM, Oracle, Testing, BI/BW, Database, IT Securities, Banking, and more. We source professionals for roles such as Developers, Testers, Solution Architects, Requirement Specifiers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Test Leaders, and Program Managers. We work with technologies and domains such as AI, IoT, Block-Chain, Embedded, Cloud, Azure, and mobile and web development, including front-end and middleware.
