Skillbandit is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Budapest, Hungary.

We believe that your personal abilities and personality matter at least as much as your knowledge when it comes to work. We know from our operating approach that a recruitment process is effective when new colleagues remain successful in their positions over the long term. We launched our job portal with the aim that soft skill-based selection provides a better candidate experience and reduces turnover, helping employers in the selection and helping applicants find the workplace that suits them.

Our approach centers on a tool we developed beyond the usual hard skills, which examines personal skills and shows how they align with the requirements of our advertised roles.

We specialize in online recruitment, job placement, skill assessment, recruiting, human resources, and soft skill evaluation.
