SmartHR/Latvija

SmartHR/Latvija. We are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and we are headquartered in Riga, Latvia.

We set out to create a meeting place for the HR community to learn about innovations, gain new contacts, and share experiences in strategic HR process management. We began with monthly seminars, which remain a hallmark of our activity. We built the SmartHR blog, a reading room with 200+ articles on HR, and over time our activities expanded to include SmartHR Academy, which grew into a large digital HR knowledge repository, while during the pandemic we launched the Future of HR conference. We developed a consultancy focus and, in six years, have helped more than 50 companies find and implement the most suitable IT solutions for HR processes.

In 2023 we expanded our consultant pool and founded SmartHR Lithuania.
