We are Sonar Search, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

Since January 2017 we work together as an interdisciplinary and diverse HR Experts Group. We deliver candidates for our clients’ advanced projects, paying great attention to experience and competence level. We operate in niche sectors of high tech, military, space tech and IT industries. Our focus is on providing solutions that meet our clients’ unique environments. We maintain a wide network of contacts in the areas we work in and stay up to date by participating in industry events, meet-ups, conventions and summits. In addition to the professional recruitment process, our clients receive an overview of the market and competition, sector-oriented market reports, salaries reviews, employer branding, and an industry events agenda.
