SoSimple is a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

We coach and educate authentic leaders, drawing on emotional intelligence, in collaboration with selected partners. Our target group comprises leaders who are willing to pursue authentic leadership and take responsibility in conflicts, motivation, or team climate. We believe that self-leadership, authenticity, and courage as a leader are industry-independent. We tailor collaborations to your organization and your leadership competencies, and we work with authentic leadership at all levels. We offer a range of methods as supplements to coaching, conflict management, stress management, and mindfulness.

Dialoogle is a method that uses image cards to promote associations and support nuanced, constructive, and precise conversations. Enneagram and DISC are profiling tools that provide greater insight into the competencies you as a leader and employee possess. We also use Compass360, a full feedback solution tailored to the company and its employees.
