We are Spratch, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We are an initiative of the G.A. group, with a presence in Vietnam for over 10 years and in Asia for 20 years, originating from Japan. Through G.A. Consultants, we have provided human resources services and other complementary services in Vietnam and South East Asia. We have experience in diverse fields, including information technology and business careers. We have observed a rise in start-ups, which is tracing a promising future for the local economy, creating several jobs at a considerable speed. We provide recruitment and opportunities through a constant online platform where ventures are visible and investors can find opportunities.
