Stevland Bridge, we are a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

We help organizations build happier workplaces to drive performance through HR programs and people processes. We partner with organizations to drive performance by focusing on the most important element of their business—the people. We believe that a quality people process, starting from attraction and selection through induction, learning and development, performance management, and talent management, will guarantee high performance for the organization.

We have more than 17 years of experience working with multinational organizations, local organizations, NGOs, and startups to support people processes, especially in Southeast Asia.

Our geographic focus is Indonesia, with activity spanning Southeast Asia.
