- Advising the board of directors on ways the HR department should be a business partner - Advising on the use of analytics and technology to improve the HR services and its delivery - Serving as an internal consultant by analyzing a company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions - Carrying out analysis of the workforce diversity and inclusivity and advising of the changes that will bring a positive impact to the team - Carrying out employee satisfaction survey, to enable leadership respond to the needs of the workforce - Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures - Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations - Select and implement suitable HR technology - Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices - Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects - Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow -Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects - Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance - Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs - Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
