Synsel Techniek — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

We speak the language of technicians and are based in the technical heart of a high-tech machine builder, which gives us daily insight into market developments. We use this knowledge to place technicians in their strengths, and ambition is central in our organization, not only the ambition of candidates but also the ambition of every individual in our team. We have a network of 2,500 innovative employers within the Netherlands. This network allows us to offer the majority of vacancies for technicians and engineers.
