We are SZÁM-PONT Kft, a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary.

To retain staff, we assist with onboarding new employees, the creation and implementation of training plans, the development of a performance evaluation system, the operation of internal HR communication forums to increase employee satisfaction, the design of exit interview tools, and, within an HR audit, proposals for a legally compliant and effective employment framework.
